Could the Chicago Bulls be set to break another record by having three rookies jump directly from High School to the NBA in the one season?  What the hell are they talking about you ask?

According to K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune the Bulls worked out Ousmane Cisse at the Berto Center on Thursday.  Cisse was selected 47th overall by the Denver Nuggets in the 2001 NBA draft but never made the team, and according to Johnson he will not make this team either, this season at least.

Despite having only 13 players under contract Johnson states that Cisse is more than likely be a training camp prospect next season than a contracted player this year.
