Maybe having the name Charles means the willingness to share opinions on any subject.

And when it comes to speaking thy mind, Chicago's Charles Oakley doesn't have to take a back seat to Charles Barkley, the former NBA star and current Turner Network commentator.

If the Kings and Lakers meet in the playoffs this season, which right now seems like a high possibility, then Oakley believes Webber is the key.

"They got swept by the Lakers last season," Oakley said. "So they should be fired up to play the Lakers.  But for them to beat L.A., they've got to be more forceful. They can beat L.A. If Webber sets the post-up game, I don't think they have a four (power forward) who can check him. They have to go through him unless the Lakers switch and put Shaq (O'Neal) on him"

"The center has got to play tough," Oakley said of Vlade Divac, who would have the job on Shaq. "I don't think he plays tough against him. He looks for calls. The only way they can beat L.A. is for Chris to go inside. (The Kings) have got all the weapons outside. Getting (Mike) Bibby is another outside threat, so Chris needs to be in the post just banging. The more he bangs them, the better the chance they have of winning, because he's going to get somebody in foul trouble."
