They've watched the videotape. Pushed "rewind" and watched it again, and again.

In the past three days, the Timberwolves have broken down game tape, put their heads together and attempted to come up with a game plan to dig themselves out of a 2-0 deficit against the Dallas Mavericks.

After Game 2, in which the Wolves scored 110 points, shot 51 percent from the field and outrebounded Dallas 46-45, you're left to wonder if there's much else they can do to prevent a sweep by the Mavericks, who made 11 three-pointers and shot 49 percent from the field.

"We did a lot things that we were supposed to do and we still came out on the bottom," Wolves guard Chauncey Billups said. "If they come out and shoot the way they did again and we give it our all, God bless them. There's nothing we can do about that."
