Elden Campbell wasn?t too happy with the referees in Game 1 of the Hornets playoff series with the New Jersey Nets, calling for the officials to be a little more consistent.  On a night where the Hornets needed him on the court as long as possible, backup Jamaal Magliore was out suspended from the previous series with Orlando, but he ended up getting to foul trouble to log only 31 minutes.

John Delong of the Winston-Salem Journal reports that Campbell was particularly upset about a couple questionable calls in the first half - an offensive foul where he spun to the basket, and a "touch" foul in the final minute of the half.

"I just want it a little more consistent, that's all, so we know what to expect," Campbell said. "If they're going to let us bang, let us bang. If they're not, then let us know.?

"Touch fouls early add up, and they become big later. This was a playoff game, and there's a lot of intensity. I don't know. He's down there giving their guys warnings. They're getting warnings for the stuff they do, and for me it's an automatic foul."
