Michael Dickerson went down with a groin injury nearly 11 months ago. By the end of the season he was still hobbling around, and Grizzlies faithful were concerned if he would play again.
But Dickerson was at the opening day of the Grizz training camp and the Memphis Commercial-Appeal?s Ron Tillery reports that we was running at full speed.
Dickerson ran, jumped and shot the ball well. He didn?t seem hampered by the leg fracture that kept him out of all but four games last season.
One of the day's funniest moments happened when Dickerson playfully soared toward the rim as if to dunk over Lorenzen Wright. Wright caught Dickerson in stride and gave him a boost well above the rim.
