ESPN.com reports that Juwon Howard will miss the first two games of the regular season due to suspension. The NBA suspended Howard and fined him $15,000 for throwing punches at Al Harrington and Jermaine O'Neal of the Indiana Pacers in a preseason game Wednesday.

Howard threw a punch at Harrington midway through the fourth quarter when O?Neal intervened. O?Neal and Howard began shoving each other when Howard began throwing punches again.

At the time, Howard was shooting 1-10 with only 2 points for the game.
