It is only four games into the 2002-03 season and the Bulls are still seeking someone to step up and help carry the load currently thrusted onto the shoulders of veterans Jalen Rose and and Donyell Marshall. One person who was expected to be that guy was "sophmore" Eddy Curry, who did a great job during past game but did not have enough minutes to contribute to what he felt he could.

"It definitely seemed like it could have been one of my breakout games this season and what I needed, but I still think in a way it kind of was," Curry said. "I just didn't get the minutes I thought I would get. But when I was in there, I think I did all right."

"I thought I was making strides in the right direction, but I guess there are still things I need to improve on," Curry said.

Although apparently nobody in Toronto would stop Curry, he only played 12 minutes. Coach Cartwright thought Curry played fine but would not explain why Curry has limited minutes.  Curry isn?t complaining.... yet.
