The Bulls had a great start going to 2-0 but slowing fading away. Bulls have been a competitive team most of the times but things not always go as planned.
"My answer to that is of course we're competitive," Cartwright responded. "We plan on being competitive all year and plan on winning all year."
Mike McGraw of Daily Herald points lack of leadership on this team despite team have added Jay Williams who is known for his leadership and having Jalen Rose.
"Throughout our growth process, what's going to happen is that ultimately we're going to find guys to lead our team," Cartwright said. "That's what we're going through right now. We need to have guys step up and lead.
"The coaches can lead you to a certain point. Now, you have to put pressure on yourself to play. It's as simple as that."
