If charges are filed against Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, it won't be until next week, the district attorney announced Thursday.
District Attorney Mark Hurlbert said he is waiting for the Colorado Bureau of Investigation to return evidence to him, including DNA evidence.
"It should be here by early next week," said Hurlbert.
After he has everything in hand, Hurlbert said, he should be able to make a decision on whether to file charges against Bryant.
