Los Angeles Clippers restricted free agent Corey Maggette will accept a six-year, $42 million offer sheet from the Denver Nuggets, two league sources told ESPN's NBA Insider Chad Ford.

The Clippers, however, will have 15 days to match the offer once Maggette signs the offer sheet next Wednesday, the first day NBA teams can begin signing free agents.

The 6-6 Maggette is coming off the best of his four NBA seasons, having averaged 16.8 points and 5.0 rebounds while starting a career-high 57 games for the Clippers. For his career, Maggette is averaging 11.5 points and 4.2 rebounds.
