Reportedly, guard Michael Dickerson is running, jumping and dunking again. However, West told a press conference that Posey would be the starting shooting guard. The Grizzlies' planning is understandable given Dickerson's on-again-off-again status the past two seasons.

"He's been doing really well," West said of Dickerson. "But (Posey) gives us another shooter, another defender, another tough guy."
