New Jersey developer Charles Kushner and Sen. Jon Corzine (D-N.J.), who want to buy the Nets and keep them playing in a renovated Continental Airlines Arena, have increased their initial bid of $250 million to $267.5 million, two people close to the sale process confirmed yesterday.
