Orlando snapped a 19-game losing streak by beating Phoenix 105-98 on Monday night, winning at home for the first time this season (1-11). The Magic, who set a team record with their 18th straight loss last week, rallied from a 22-point deficit in the first quarter to win for the first time since an opening night, overtime victory at New York on Oct. 29.

SALT LAKE SURPRISE

Boston won in Utah on Monday night for just the second time in 15 visits _ first in nearly four years, beating the Jazz 102-80 Monday night. The Celtics hadn't won in Utah since Feb. 15, 2000.

SUSPENDED

The Atlanta Hawks suspended guard Stephen Jackson for their game Tuesday night against Denver. Jackson, who joined the Hawks this season and is averaging 13.1 points per game, was being punished for conduct detrimental to the team.

STRONG IN DEFEAT

Phoenix forward Shawn Marion registered his fifth double-double of the season with 29 points _ 20 in the first half _ and 17 rebounds, but the Suns lost for the fifth time in six games, 105-98 to Orlando on Monday night. Teammate and former Magic All-Star guard Penny Hardaway added season highs of 22 points and eight assists. ... Jamal Crawford led Chicago with 26 points in a 96-82 loss to San Antonio, the Bulls' 10th loss in 11 games.
