While Minnesota Timberwolves center Michael Olowokandi isn't expected back until after the all-star break, but that isn't stopping him from trying to return to action sooner.
"I'm shooting for the break, but if possible and with a little bit of fortune, maybe sometime before then," he said before the Wolves' game against Atlanta on Friday. "One thing I'm not going to do is try to rush back. The last thing I want to do is come back too quick and I'll be out again."
Olowokandi has been out since Dec 12 when he had surgery to remove scar tissue from his right knee.
