PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) Amare Stoudemire had 22 points and 10 rebounds, helping Phoenix beat Portland for its first win without Stephon Marbury.
It also was the Suns' first win of 2004, and only their fourth victory on the road this season.
The Suns had lost six straight overall, including four since the trade that sent Marbury and Penny Hardaway to the New York Knicks. But with 55 percent shooting, they were able to take advantage of Portland, coming off a 1-4 road trip.
The Trail Blazers were without forward Rasheed Wallace, who sat out his fourth straight game with a strained left ankle.
Stoudemire was playing in his just third game since missing 18 with a high ankle sprain. Shawn Marion helped with 21 points and eight rebounds.
Warriors 119, Cavaliers 102
OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) Clifford Robinson had a season-high 35 points, including a career-high seven 3-pointers, and Golden State defeated LeBron James and Cleveland.
James shot 8-for-21 and finished with 29 points, six rebounds and six assists. He did plenty to entertain the sellout crowd of 19,602, too.
The 19-year-old rookie had a sensational one-handed dunk with his left hand late in the third quarter and another impressive slam early in the fourth.
But he couldn't do enough to help the Cavs improve their dismal road record (3-19).
Erick Dampier had his 19th double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds and Jason Richardson added 25 points for Golden State, which had lost nine of 10.
