Indiana's Jermaine O'Neal left the game against Boston with what team officials described as a neck strain. He is listed as day to day. The All-Star forward appeared to grab his right shoulder after blocking Ricky Davis' shot in the second quarter. O'Neal recorded his 700th career block in the Pacers' 99-98 win.
