All-Star guard Jason Kidd had his 57th career triple-double, finishing with 14 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in New Jersey's 110-104 win over Philadelphia on Sunday night. Kidd, who has seven triple-doubles this season, is two behind Larry Bird for fourth place overall in the category.

New Jersey won its eighth straight game and seventh in a row under interim coach Lawrence Frank with a 99-87 win over Philadelphia on Sunday night. ... New York ran its winning streak to five with a 110-104 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. The Knicks hadn't won five consecutive games since March 11-20, 2001.

Golden State went from scoring 27 points in the third quarter to just two in the fourth in losing 84-81 in overtime to Toronto on Sunday night. The Warriors' collapse in the fourth quarter tied the NBA record for fewest points in a period set by Dallas in the third quarter of a 1997 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers. Golden State, which was 1-of-13 from the field in the quarter, combined with the Raptors to score 20 points in the quarter, setting an NBA record for the fewest points in a fourth quarter by both teams.
NEW STANDARD
Memphis needed only 50 games this season to set a franchise record for wins, hanging on for its 29th with a 99-98 victory over Minnesota on Sunday night. The Grizzlies, in their ninth season as an NBA franchise and third in Memphis, bested their finish of 28-54 last season.
STRONG IN DEFEAT
Tracy McGrady, in his return after a two-game absence because of back spasms, had 35 points, six rebounds and six assists as Orlando was edged by the Los Angeles Lakers 98-96 on Sunday. ... Sam Cassell had 34 points and 11 assists and Kevin Garnett added 30 points and 16 rebounds for Minnesota, whose 14-game home winning streak was snapped by Memphis 99-98.
