Portland traded volatile forward Rasheed Wallace and reserve Wesley Person to Atlanta on Monday night for Shareef Abdur-Rahim, center Theo Ratliff and point guard Dan Dickau. Wallace, who set the NBA record with 41 technical fouls in the 2000-01 season, is scoring 17 points a game. Abdur-Rahim had 27 points and 10 rebounds in Monday night's 102-96 win over Dallas, and is averaging about 20 points.

Cleveland broke a 13-game losing streak against Boston with a 97-89 win on Monday night. The Cavaliers hadn't defeated the Celtics since Nov. 4, 2000. ... Atlanta had lost nine straight to Dallas before the Hawks' 102-96 win.
