Michael Jordan's decision to trade away Richard Hamilton after his third NBA season for Jerry Stackhouse now looks like the worst error of the MJ GM Era.

Now Hamilton is impressing the entire basketball world with his quick feet and silky jumper, while the Wizards look to get themselves out from under Stack?s contract.

At least MJ appears to have chosen the right coach to teach his young talent:  "I always learned, playing for Doug Collins, that you have to move without the ball," Hamilton said. "Coach Collins always said that when you play a great team defense, no matter how great it is, they can't stop you from running to get open. You can't guard that. So I just keep moving. I never like to stay in one spot."
