Fear not Chicago DirecTV fans, as the Daily Herald is reporting that Comcast SportsNet Chicago completed a deal to carry Bulls games on DirecTV, ensuring that most of the Chicago area's satellite subscribers won't miss any regular-season games on the new sports channel.

The deal came Friday, one day before the Bulls were to begin running regular-season games on CSNC after their home opener was slated for broadcast on WCIU Channel 26.

CSNC was assigned Channel 640 on DirecTV, right next to the old cable home of the city's sports teams, Fox Sports Net Chicago, at Channel 639.
