The Chicago Bulls are beating expectations this year and making a serious run for the playoffs and with their star rookie, Loul Deng, out for 2-4 weeks they cannot afford to let up. Bulls coach Scott Skiles is hinting at a three-guard lineup with Gordon, Hinrich and either Duhon or Piatkowski.
"When we have Tyson in the game and Tyson's playing like he can play, you can put some smaller lineups out there because he can defend the basket for you," Skiles said. "(Piatkowski) is a little bit longer and he can create some spacing problems because he can shoot it."
Even though Skiles mentioned Gordon in a possible three-guard lineup, the rookie doesn't expect to get much more playing time.
"I expect the bigger guards, like Griff (Adrian Griffin) and (Piatkowski) will probably play more, but I don't know if that'll increase my minutes," Gordon said. "Me and Luol, we do different things."
