Former Kansas guard Jacque Vaughn broke a bone in his right foot early in the first quarter Saturday night against the Orlando Magic.

He ran off the court after fracturing the fifth metatarsal 2 minutes into the first quarter and was replaced by Travis Best. The Nets said there was no timetable for his return.

Vaughn was averaging 5.3 points and 1.9 assists.
