Chicago Bulls coach Scott Skiles believes his contract situation with the team will be worked out in the near future.

"I don't think it will go on much further," Skiles told ESPN Radio (1000-AM) on Thursday. "It will be cleared up fairly soon."

Right now, the Bulls have an option on Skiles for $2.75 million next season that they will likely exercise by the June 30th deadline.

Any extension between the two sides is expected to be hammered out by then.
