Sonics coach Bob Weiss figures the best way to handle the situation with unhappy forward Vladimir Radmanovic is not to.
Weiss said before the Sonics' 112-85 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers that he will bring Radmanovic along as originally planned and place the onus on the disgruntled forward to earn more minutes.
Radmanovic complained after playing 20 minutes in Tuesday's 94-69 loss to Memphis, telling reporters that "(Weiss is) just not putting me in for some reason and I don't want to get into it right now. I can pretend I'm happy but I'm not."
Weiss met with the team just before tipoff and explained his rational for distributing minutes. He said he would prefer players approach him first about personal issues.
"If I give (Radmanovic) more minutes or less minutes in reaction, then it's not fair to the team," Weiss said. "I am going to make him the first forward off the bench and if he plays well, he'll get more minutes and we'll go from there. There are only two guys -- Ray (Allen) and Rashard (Lewis) -- who don't need more minutes. So there are 13 unhappy guys in that locker room and everybody has to know their role."
