The Chicago Bulls today signed rookie Randy Holcombe to a 10-day contract.  He rejoins the Bulls after spending time with the team in training camp.

Holcombe, a 6-9, 225-pound rookie, comes to the Bulls via the Gary Steelheads of the CBA, where he appeared in 19 games (17 starts) and averaged 20.2 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 3.1 apg and 1.53 spg in 38.6 mpg.  With Gary, he shot .490 from the field and .698 from the line.  

Released by Chicago on October 27, Holcombe appeared in six preseason games for the Bulls and averaged 5.3 ppg and 3.5 rpg in 12.3 mpg.  Chicago?s roster now stands at 15.q
