Rockets forward Tracy McGrady, in the latest twist of the team's injury-marred season, was ruled out for up to five weeks because of a back injury suffered last weekend against the Portland Trail Blazers, the team announced today.

McGrady had missed 24 games this season because of back spasms when he fell while being fouled in the second half Sunday. He missed Tuesday's game at the Minnesota Timberwolves, but played the next night against the Indiana Pacers. He left the game less than two minutes into the second half.
