It looks like Toronto will be kicking the new year off on a positive, with Chris Bosh set to return against Phoenix tomorrow night.
Unless something dramatic happens today or tomorrow ? "there's not going to be a setback," he said, defiantly ? the all-star power forward will return from a 12-game absence when the Raptors face the Phoenix Suns at the Air Canada Centre tomorrow night.
"It was just so good to get out there," he said after his first full-contact work since suffering a bone bruise on his left knee in a game Dec. 8 in Chicago. "I've been waiting for so long. The energy was good, I rebounded the ball well, it's like I didn't miss a beat."
Neither T.J. Ford (ankle) nor Jorge Garbajosa (calf) took part in yesterday's workout and their status for the Suns game is still up in the air.
