Magistrate Betty Wolford said she dismissed the marijuana possession citation against O.J. Mayo at the request of Cabell County Prosecutor Chris Chiles. She referred questions to Chiles and Mayo's lawyer, Michael Woelfel, who did not immediately return telephone messages.

Mayo was among four males cited on misdemeanor marijuana possession charges by sheriff's deputies late Friday night.
