Mavericks owner Mark Cuban might have hated a result he called "hurtful" and "painful."

He's not ready to demolish his team, from the front office to the coaching staff to the players.

"I have complete confidence in our organization, and I don't see us blowing anything up," Cuban said following his team's 111-86 Game 6 loss to Golden State that sent the Mavericks out in the first round of the playoffs.

He said it was more difficult last season, when the Mavericks took a 2-0 lead and dropped four straight to the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals.

"It was a lot more painful last year than this year," Cuban said.
