With the Bulls struggling at the start of the regular season, coach Scott Skiles has been searching for combinations that work. Often that has left starting center Ben Wallace on the bench for long stretches of the fourth quarter as Skiles has looked for someone -- anyone -- to provide an offensive spark.

Skiles was asked before the Bulls played the Toronto Raptors at the United Center on Saturday night if he was concerned sitting Wallace so much down the stretch could create a rift between him and the team's highest paid player.

After all, sitting Wallace for the fourth quarter of a playoff game supposedly was a key factor in his relationship with Detroit Pistons' coach Flip Saunders.

"First of all, I don't think he hates Flip," Skiles said.

"I don't get caught up in that BS. I'm going to coach every game to win the game. Whoever I think can help us win the game, I'm going to have him out there. Period. That's my job; that's what I owe the team."
