Darko Milicic did not dress Saturday night for the Grizzlies' game against the Dallas Mavericks, and the severely sprained thumb could keep him out several games. The 7-footer will undergo more tests Monday to determine the severity of the injury.

X-rays taken Friday were negative.

Milicic suffered the injury early in the second half of the team's home loss Friday to New Orleans. He left the court and returned to the locker room two minutes into the third quarter.

The thumb remained swollen Saturday night.

"It's going to be kind of a wait-and-see thing," Griz Coach Marc Iavaroni said. "It definitely hurts us inside."
