Jerry Stackhouse and Erick Dampier missed the Dallas Mavericks' game against the Minnesota Timberwolves today because of injuries.

Stackhouse missed his second straight game with a sprained right thumb. Dampier was also out for the second game in a row with a left knee injury.

Both will be reevaluated on Monday

Mavericks' Coach Avery Johnson said Dampier tried to do a few things in practice this week but struggled even to get moving because of the sore knee. If his condition doesn't progress on Monday, Johnson said Dampier would have an MRI exam.
