The Nets received good news on Friday when the team received the green light from the federal court to a $4 billion project that would bring a new arena for the team to Brooklyn, the Associated Press is reporting.

A group of property owners and tenants facing eviction in Brooklyn had pushed forward with the lawsuit only to have it rejected by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
