Baron Davis posted 35 points and 9 assists and Stephen Jackson added 29 points for the Warriors, who shot 54% from the field. Joe Johnson notched 38 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and Josh Smith added 20 points and 11 boards for the Hawks, who hit 50% of their field goal attempts. Atlanta busted out of the gate with 42 first-quarter points, but they allowed Golden State to convert their eighteen turnovers in 32 points.

The Orlando Magic used a strong fourth quarter to put away the Toronto Raptors last night. Hedo Turkoglu had 24 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds and Dwight Howard added 19 points and 14 boards for the Magic, who shot 52% from the floor. T.J. Ford scored 20 points off the bench for the Raptors, who struggled from the field in Orlando. Toronto was able to outrebound the Magic by six, but their 40% shooting kept them from hanging with the likes of Rashard Lewis and Turkoglu in the final period.

The Charlotte Bobcats topped the Minnesota Timberwolves in all four quarters last night, but sealed the deal with a huge fourth quarter to ensure a victory. Jason Richardson scored 25 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and dished 6 assists for the Bobcats, who saw all five of their starters reach double figures in points. Al Jefferson led the Wolves with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Craig Smith added 15 points off the bench. The Bobcats held slight advantages over the Wolves in terms of shooting percentage and rebounding, but the 19 points Charlotte scored off Minnesota turnovers proved to be the difference.
