A Denver prosecutor has been suspended for letting Nuggets' forward Kenyon Martin keep his driver's license despite a pair of high-level speeding tickets, according to the Associated Press.

"At a minimum...there's an appearance that [Martin] did receive preferential treatment," said Vince DiCroce, a prosecutor at the Denver city attorney's office.
