LeBron James believes that the gold medal is the only option for the United States heading into the 2008 Olympic Games, according to Sports Express Daily.

"I joined the national team in its worst period when we failed to win the Olympic games and the World Championship", LeBron James told Sport Express.

"Nevertheless, the US team?s target has always been the gold medals, and it will be the only option for us in future," LBJ added.
