For the second time this season the Hawks expect to have a victory protested, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
T.J. Ford made a layup at the buzzer that would have won the game for the Raptors in regulation, but the basket was waived off as the referees ruled that the ball hadn't left the point guard's hands in time.
There was a long discussion after the game as replays showed the game clock started well before Ford caught the ball in mid-air for the shot attempt.
"I thought it was an early [start on the] clock," Coach Sam Mitchell said.
