The Raptors still have yet to make a decision on which of their point guards is best for the team in the future, but trading Jose Calderon might bring a more valuable piece to the team, according to The Toronto Sun.
Chris Bosh is in dire need of a complementary scorer who doesn't simply take jump shots, and Calderon is likely to have more value on the trade market than T.J. Ford.
Ford has abilities that Calderon doesn't as well, including his ability to create his own shot and speed past a majority of opposing guards.
It remains to be seen what Bryan Colangelo is thinking, but we'll likely find out within the next month as the NBA Draft approaches.
