Now that the Chicago Bulls have miraculously secured the first overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, Avery Johnson is now showing strong interest in the team's coaching position, K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune is reporting.

Johnson, owed $12 million from Dallas, has hinted at taking a year off. But a source close to Johnson said the Bulls' job is the only one he would consider, particularly now that the team's draft situation has changed so dramatically.
