Shawn Marion is "highly unlikely" to opt out of his current contract with the Heat, according to The South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Dan Fegan, Marion's agent, said Sunday night that unless there was a dramatic shift in talks with Heat President Pat Riley, "I don't think we're opting out."

Marion must finalize his decision by Tuesday at 6 p.m. The final year of his contract will pay him $17.8 million.
