The United States improved to 2-0 in Beijing with a win over Angola on Tuesday, according to NBC.com.
Dwyane Wade led the team with 19 points and 5 rebounds while Dwight Howard tallied 14 points and 2 blocks in the victory.
The U.S. took a 28-point lead into the fourth quarter, but Angola was able to trim seven points off the lead with a strong fourth quarter.
Carlos Morais led Angola in defeat with 24 points but struggled through 10 turnovers.
