The Heat are reportedly still close to re-signing point guard Chris Quinn to a new contract, according to Miami Herald.

The signing of center Jamaal Magloire gave the Heat fourteen players, one shy of the league maximum.

Miami extended a $1 million qualifying offer this summer to Quinn.

"Our training camp roster is set," Pat Riley said last Friday.

"We've got a lot of great [perimeter players], a lot of versatility. We're as good as we can be at this stage."
