Rasheed Wallace sat out the final hour of the Pistons' practice on Friday due to what the team is calling general soreness, the Detroit News is reporting.

Wallace's was feeling soreness in his feet, but coach Michael Curry said he expects that Wallace, 34, will return to practice Saturday.

"He went hard the first two hours," Curry said. "He had some soreness so we sat him out as a precautionary measure. We expect him back (Saturday) and he will practice and play Sunday."
