Allen Iverson and Chauncey Billups aren't expected to debut for their new teams, Detroit and Denver respectively, until the weekend.

Billups is scheduled to have a physical on Thursday, allowing him to possibly debut on Friday against the Mavericks.

Iverson is awaiting the results of Billups' physical before he plays for the Pistons, who will battle New Jersey on Friday.

"I'm just ready to go," said Iverson, who has taken a physical. "Hopefully everything gets taken care of ... and I'll be able to get on the court with my team and try to learn these plays as fast as possible."
