Martell Webster has been cleared by team doctors to return to practice for the first time since breaking a bone in his left foot on Oct. 8.

He will participate in his first full-contact workout on Monday in New York, according to Portland coach Nate McMillan.

A specific return date for Webster has not been determined, and McMillan will not immediately place him ahead of Nicolas Batum and Travis Outlaw in the small forward rotation.

"The play will determine who's out on the floor, not so much me," McMillan said. "We've got guys who can play. And if guys are playing and they're playing well, then we'll stay there."
