Insiders believe that the Bulls and Heat have the pieces possible to swing a trade with the Raptors involving forward Jermaine O'Neal.

Chicago has enough young players to excite Toronto while Miami has been looking to deal Shawn Marion, who was a favorite of Bryan Colangelo's when the two were in Phoenix.

Moving O'Neal would mean that the Raptors are placing a lot of stock in Andrea Bargnani, something his camp would welcome.

"I hope they do," one source said in reference to the possibility.
