Pacers' All-Star forward Danny Granger is unlikely to sit out the few games required to rest his injured right knee.

Granger might have considered sitting out a few games, but Indiana is far from a lock to make the playoffs. If he does sit it out, it won't be voluntarily.

"I think if we were in a different position as far as playoff positioning (he would consider it)," Granger said. "But we're making a push and this is a very important stretch. Even if I'm not 100 percent, 50-60 percent is probably better than nothing."

The Pacers are 3 1/2 games behind Milwaukee for the final playoff spot.
