The Phoenix Suns appear intrigued by young Bulls forward Tyrus Thomas, and his recent play makes him a candidate to be included in any deal which could land Amare Stoudemire in Chicago, the Chicago Tribune is reporting.
During the Bulls most recent road trip, Thomas averaged 14.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and 1.85 blocks with five double-doubles and missed a sixth by one rebound.
"Tyrus has put in a lot of extra work," Del Negro said. "His effort has been good. He's putting up better numbers. He's so athletic and can block shots and get out in the open court. I think he's more comfortable with what we're doing at both ends."
