The Rockets aren't where they wanted to be in the Western Conference standings, and even some players are beginning to hint that moves need to be made.

"Now is not early in the season," Yao Ming said. "It's not 20 games into the season. Now it's 50 games into the season. We're still stuck in here and talk about we still have time to fix it, from first game of the season and 10 games in the season and 50 games into the season. We still talk about we need to fix it."

Coach Rick Adelman has also publicly stated his concern for the team, and how close they might be to falling apart.

"There's no sense or urgency," Rafer Alston added. "And I don't think guys are paying attention to the league, to the standings. We're not that far from the top; we're not that far from 10th. We're back to taking baby steps. We have to start with guarding a man. We have to start with focus. And then you can talk about achieving, what kind of playoff we want to have this year."

Houston is 31-21, tied with Dallas for the sixth seed in the West heading into Tuesday night's action.
