Nuggets forward Carmelo Anthony has put his one-game suspension behind him, but he wishes coach George Karl would keep issues internal next time.

"I'm going to run. I'm going to run to the bench. I'm going to run hard to the bench," Anthony said after Wednesday's practice.

Karl held Anthony out of Denver's last game after he argued the coach's decision to rest him in the third quarter against Indiana on Sunday.
